The Victorian Metropolitan Cricket Union (VMCU) is the umbrella organisation for nearly all Melbourne metropolitan community cricket associations and clubs and represents the interests of metropolitan cricket to Cricket Victoria (CV) while working collaboratively to oversee and develop community cricket in Melbourne.
This means that if you’re a cricket enthusiast in the bustling city of Melbourne, chances are that your local cricket club or association is a member of VMCU.

Carnival
The VMCU Carnival is held annually in January. All of the metropolitan cricket associations enter representative teams in this two-week festival of junior cricket. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for all the players. They get to test their cricket skills and meet new friends while playing a game they love.
