VMCU Update Nov 8, 2025
The Organising committee has had a meeting to discuss the up coming VMCU Junior Carnival.
They have approved the Rules for the carnival. These are now available on the Carnival section of this website.
There will be two planned carnival meetings one for team managers and coordinators to be held on December 10 and the other for all Carnival Umpires to be held on Tuesday December 30. These will be online and details will be available closer to these dates.
It is hoped OfficialsHQ will be used for the coming year so umpires need to be successfully enrolled. This will allow us to get the umpires to vote on best players and send off assessment reports.
There are associations who have not finalised their grounds, so a fixture can not be done until this is complete. They have been asked for this to be complete by next week Nov 15.
For those unaware the carnival will run from Monday Jan 5 to Sunday Jan 18.
